Please know that I have always put sanitation and disinfection at the TOP of my priority list. I am committed to keeping our clients and staff safe, our office and treatment rooms clean, while abiding by OSHA Regulations. We have always used Hospital Grade/HIV, EPA Registered and Approved Barbicide products for Sanitation and Disinfection and uphold Safety Standards set forth by the Pennsylvania Board of Cosmetology.
In addition to our current practices, we are also incorporating new safety measures in accordance to CDC guidelines to make sure our facility is COVIDsafe for everyone. As policies change, we will keep you updated accordingly.

Cleaned & disinfected all surfaces, implements, equipment & facility.
Added Ultrasonic Cleaning devices in each treatment room in addition to our current UV Sanitizer Units & EPA Registered Sanitizing & Disinfection cleaning products.
Professionally laundered and disinfected all towels, blankets & linens
Removed all non-essential items throughout our office.
Initiated our NEW mini-site booking app https://sharongordonskin.book.app/ for contact-free consent forms, and instant online gift card purchases. “Coming Soon” features will also include online scheduling.
Added our NEW contactless SQUARE payment system. We now accept Apple Pay, G Pay and all other credit cards for contact-free purchases.
Acquired appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) for all staff and service providers - Protective Shields, Masks, Gloves and Safety Glasses.
Reduced appointments available to implement social distancing and follow CDC guidelines.
One Aesthetician will be providing services to clients daily in order to utilize both treatment rooms, alternating between clients, to allow for longer cleaning and sanitation times, and reduce interaction with other guests.
Discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact.
Set-up Sanitation Stations throughout the office.
Marked all restricted areas and displayed all required coronavirus prevention and hygiene signs.
Posted New Safety Policies at front door.
Re-trained staff on essential infection control and hygiene practices. All staff completed and received Barbicide EPA Sanitation and Disinfection Certification.

Prepared a “COVID-19 PRE-SCREENING APPOINTMENT QUESTIONNAIRE” that all clients must complete and submit before appointment confirmation.
Prepared a “COVID-SAFE POLICIES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR TREATMENT” Form that every client will receive and consent to following the approval of COVID-19 Questionnaire.
Curbside pickup will continue for all non-appointment product purchases. Orders may be placed by phone, email or through our website. We will contact you for payment by phone and schedule a time for pickup.
